My first big win is that I have been able to setup a vpn exit node on my home network. Now I can connect with 1 vpn to my home network, access my selfhosted services and all my internet trafic goes through the (proton)vpn exit node. The benefit is that I can use this on my phone where I can’t use 2 vpn services (one to my home network and one for internet vpn-ing).
Second big win is the purchase of Home Assistant Voice device. Finally I have private/local voice assistant.
My third big win is setting up my own dns sinkhole. One big shame point for me is owning LG tv, now I can finally block all the traffic from the tv that I do not approve.
