Linux Mint is the freshener, Zorin is second best for me and Fedora with KDE or something (or Fedora Kinoite) but yeah.
I havent looked at modern Pop_OS! but I personally wouldn’t recommend it nowadays, there seems to also be a new contender @anon81294251 shared, AnduinOS which gives the UX of Windows 11 (but in the end it’s still Linux so like for example the LibreCAD UI would not apply) [https://www.anduinos.com/]
