Bit of a side tangent here, but I suggest you switch away from Oracle Cloud. I have used it before, while it is nice they provide you with that much resources, I highly suggest you pay for a more trustworthy company like Hetzner or Netcup. They are German based and have much better security and privacy overall compared to a company like Oracle who even denied they had databreaches.
