Currently have an iPhone SE and Samsung A35.
Most of the privacy or security related stuff is on the iPhone and the Samsung came 2nd. The setup started to make sense after getting a 2nd number as eSIM isn’t widely supported and costs extra.
There seems to be a niche online techstore that started importing Google Pixel. So this has become an option (it wasn’t really 2-3 years ago) but I’ll want to see how long they take to get the Pixel 9a in stock.
Mostly, Pixel is a grey market device that’s unlikely to recieve any hardware support.
The main reason I’d get one is to run Graphene OS.
But it might be worth a 2nd look given that they don’t seem to have increased prices like Apple did.
