I already use Mega Cloud Pro 1 and in this Subscription is also the Mega VPN, but I don’t know how trustworthy it is and I don’t find any sources about that. So what are your thoughts about Mega-VPN.
They don’t keep logs, have a kill switch, and use wire guard. Pretty much your default privacy VPN. Still, other options like Mullvad are more private. They also don’t have the biggest server pool and have limited options for countries.
@Henry, it might be a cool addition to include Mega VPN on the VPN chart.

I took a brief look at their website and privacy policy, and here are some concerns.
- The kill switch is only available for Android
- Not open source
- No audits
- Collects VPN bandwidth usage, so not exactly a no-logs provider
- Apps use trackers
- Only 12 locations
So, if you really care about your privacy and even security, I would look elsewhere. Mullvad, IVPN, Proton, and Windscribe are all great options, and don’t have similar concerns.
