This is also not true. Select services/companies/products do try their best to block any and all VPN connects to their product/services but they are very few in number and not a real issue in your everyday lives.
Your internet traffic is encrypted and only occurs in an encrypted tunnel that connects your computer and the servers of the website/tool/software/product/service that you are using or connecting to. It protects you from ISP snooping on what you’re doing and what you’re browsing.
