doesn’t nothing to protect your privacy or secure your data. Many services intentionally block known VPN gateways as they are commonly used for fraudulent and illegal purposes.
So whats the point if you having a VPN if the data is not encrypted and private

This is also not true. Select services/companies/products do try their best to block any and all VPN connects to their product/services but they are very few in number and not a real issue in your everyday lives.
Your internet traffic is encrypted and only occurs in an encrypted tunnel that connects your computer and the servers of the website/tool/software/product/service that you are using or connecting to. It protects you from ISP snooping on what you’re doing and what you’re browsing.
This is also not entirely true. I think you have fallen for misinformation so please browse those resources to learn more about VPNs and what they can and can’t do.
