Using a dumb phone for call only…

(The phone that I have is Nokia 105) The smartphone is very addictive so i want to use a dumb phone to reduce the addiction. i will use the phone for call only. Text is very very often and the phone is not for important call . I will use it just when i go outside and i also don’t make much call likely three to five times a day.

Sounds like a good idea, however you won’t be able to use encrypted communication on it. Which might be an issue but you could use your computer for encrypted communication, by using Matrix or some other encrypted app.

Encrypted messages is not a issue for me bcuz i had already installed signal and briar on my laptop.

I bought the TCL A3 for $39.88 brand new from Amazon. 32GB-storage 3GB-Ram. Phone is locked to Tracfone, great to use for safeLink. It takes me 3 seconds to change it to a dumb phone and 3 more to change back to a smart phone. I rarely use it as a smart phone.
