IMHO the best way to fight trackers is to use FOSS apps whenever and wherever possible. FOSS apps aren’t motivated to track you usually since they either aren’t trying to make money or are funded by donations.
That said, it is understandable that most people will still need to install proprietary apps on their devices, which is what DNS ad and tracker blocking is meant for. DNS66, AdAway, and tracker control are my favs.
Cool app! Very convenient to see what the deal is on my phone without having to look up each app one by one.
