A lot of great options here: GitHub - awesome-selfhosted/awesome-selfhosted: A list of Free Software network services and web applications which can be hosted on your own servers

But I personally only selfhost Seafile (like a personal dropbox), FoundryVTT (a virtual tabletop system), and Miniflux (RSS feed reader/aggregator).

Yeah, only thing is if you store the data on the SD card you don’t have any redundancy on your storage. Do you have a work around for that, or just live with the risk.

Buy a 2 bay nas, you can get a used synology for $50, then you just need two drives.

Set up the nas with raid 1 and mount it on the rpi with nfs or iscsi.

I have the data on an external SSD and use the NextCloud backup plugin to backup to a separate HDD

I have very little clue what pfsense is so thanks for clarifying.

I run it through docker, together with Pihost… it’s great to run it on a simple Rpi.
I then do a security copy every other day to my nas.
