I’m excited to announce some major updates to Techlore’s community support, designed to bring us closer, make things simpler for you all, and provide you with more exclusive perks than ever before!
I’m introducing a brand new tiered system, with exclusive perks available to Techorians across all platforms! (This means you get almost the same exact perks here on our forum, Patreon or even YouTube!)
Why the Change?
New content styles meant old perks (like Q&A) weren’t a fit. So, I’ve modernized perks and added features you’ve asked for.
Introducing the New Techlorian Tiers:
- Bronze Techlorian: Community Access ($5)
- Join the exclusive Signal & and brand new SimpleX groups for real-time discussions with other Techorians and myself. Plus, shape Techlore content with monthly content voting. Vote on upcoming video topics to ensure I cover the subjects that matter most to you!
- Silver Techlorian: Content Spotlight ($10)
- Step into the Techlorian Content Spotlight. Your name is featured in video credits, and I’ll create a public Techlore Short answering your questions. This is your chance to get a personalized video response that benefits the entire community.
- Gold Techlorian: Elite Status ($20)
- Join the elite Techorian ranks! Receive a personal shout-out in our videos and be featured on the top of our website’s homepage, helping amplify the message of digital rights. (Note: This was previously the $50/m gold option)
- Diamond Techlorian: Inner Circle Hotline ($50)
- Gain direct access as a top-tier Techorian! Unlock the Techlore Inner Circle Hotline for one day each month of direct call/text access for personalized communication with me via Signal or SimpleX.
What This Means for You
No matter where you support Techlore—you access these fantastic perks! This helps unify our community and make it easier than ever to connect and engage. There are a couple exceptions, mainly on YouTube:
- YouTube doesn’t allow DMs (used for Signal & SimpleX access), so this perk is replaced with VIP comment priority in videos & streams.
- For similar reasons, there is no diamond tier on YouTube.
