I am currently experimenting with Joplin. It has a lot of things going for it, and some unexpected wins like ability to host your own instance through next cloud and no need to create an account.
Having said that, it’s not a task manager first, and it is very obvious. It covers my needs at about 85-90% which I can work with, but I will try to test LunaTask and Standard Notes
