Interesting results. It is surprising to me that Windows and macOS have equal numbers. I always thought the first graph would look more like the second one, to be honest. For me, the first graph is a positive result.
With Linux being this high, it’s almost impossible for Windows and macOS not to be equal. Normally, Linux would only be 2-3% for desktop systems, and Windows around 75%
My guess is that Windows is that high from folks who are starting to consider privacy, may be hesitant to install Linux for whatever reason, or are just staying with the OS they know and making the best of it (all of which are totally fine). I don’t think folks are choosing Windows so much as that is the default starting point for most people.
