NextDNS with Mullvad (DNS leak)

Hi folks, I’m new here

My current setup is: Android 14 + Mullvad VPN using Wireguard app for multihop and NextDNS as my DNs resolver (Android Private DNS Mode) because I need to have control over my queries to block some domains

My question is: Should I need to care about this DNS leaks? Does NextDNS know my IP address because of the leak?

My setup is a good approach?

Turn on IPs for a moment on NextDNS and see if it shows your actual IP. Use also dnsleaktest.com to check whether the DNS server is a NextDNS server. It should say dns.nextdns.io as the hostname.

Yes, it shows nextdns.io and the location is Sweden the same as my wireguard server is configured
