I used Google Voice for a small business I run, and I like it. Curiously, I generally discourage the use of SMS/MMS/Conventional Calling for my business and have set up both Signal and WhatsApp lines. I like how I can choose to not give a SIM phone number, but I can still get texts (mainly the Signal and WhatsApp codes) and make calls to suppliers.
That being said, the ability to not provide a SIM phone number, but still get texts and can make calls is really nice, since I dislike using SMS/MMS/Conventional Calling whenver I can. I have been looking at MySudo as a non-Google Voice for outside of business. I currently use Burner, but I want to switch to MySudo.
Does MySudo provide the option to make calls and receive texts if I never give a SIM number? And, how does KYC work on MySudo? Is it required for their phone services or for the virtual cards only?
