Cake Wallet has a non-KYC buy option but you need a European (SEPA) bank account.

Kraken offers buying Monero with KYC but excludes a bunch of privacy-hostile countries (UK, Germany, Australia, …)

Finally you can always buy some other coin with low transaction cost (Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Nano etc.) at any KYC exchange and swap that to Monero and back. Trocador.app shows you where you get the best swap rates. Normally no KYC is needed.

I had no problems. Basically you find an offer you like (or create one), then both of you send some percentage of the whole payment to Bisq wallet (as a security deposit) and when transactions are confirmed, funds are released. I used Revolut for payments. You have to have time, because it’s not instantaneous, sometimes it takes a few hours before the other side confirms the offer.

sounds good, thank you.

Any opinions on Changenow.io? I’ve used them to swap between various cryptos (including Monero) and always received my money, without any need to give them my name or anything.
