Not always - you can still make an account and keep it “anonymous” without it knowing your name or anything.
I don’t know why you can’t settle or live with email aliases provided by SimpleLogin or Addy.io but I don’t know the set up you’re going for.
It feels like you’re trying to swim with one hand tied behind your back - there are no good solutions.
