I need a foss book reader that support epub format files for android . any suggestions guys. I tried koreader but scrolling feature not working and librea reader showed a google ad mob tracker by exodus .

Have you tried the F-Droid version of Librera Reader? It does not require internet access.

my best suggestion to you is to forget about book readers and get physical copies
Not ideal, but if you have a situation where you’re able to disable internet per-app, (Netguard, custom ROM firewall, blocking DNS requests, etc.) you could use any reader offline too
