I often use the “PWA” add on in order to create Web apps but given they are all on the same user profile i cant help but wonder how isolated they are from one another? Can the “Profiles” feature in the add on be of,any help in that regard?

So I’d assume, that the sites are isolated, yes. Now the question is, how well are they isolated, and what kind of changes are made to the runtime? Without reading the code, I can’t say.

i don’t know that this is relevant to your question, but i suspect that enabling dFPI (aka Enhanced Tracking Protection, aka Total Cookie Protection) may address your concern, though you could likely go further
note that dFPI is the successor to FPI

on librewolf its already open so this is not the problem
