With #16 I meant subscriptions that will give you less privacy invading tracking and data sharing. Facebook for example considered introducing a subscription that would disable certain tracking if you paid for their subscription, that is specifically wrong I think such privacy protections may not be behind a paywall.

I agree. But what do you make of services that are not E2EE by default, but offer E2EE as an add-on. I’m personally not a fan of those. Would you ban them too? I’m not necessarily talking about services that exploit you data. I’m also talking about services that do not but have the power to do so because they are not E2EE.
