Google won’t have to sell Chrome or Android, but has to share Search data: Antitrust ruling (Update)

Puhhh ….
The first thing is good. Google doesn’t need to sell their browser and can give Mozilla money. I’m totally fine with it.
Then this comes:

The big change today is that Google must share “certain search index and user-interaction data, though not ads data” with “Qualified Competitors.”

What the hell, this sounds like a total privacy disaster. We all know that Meta-Data is pretty sensitive and reveling.

I get the feeling that the US courts are pretty stupid. If you compare it with “antitrust” cases from the EU. The solutions that the EU comes up with seems to be in general better than the US.
