What do you want advice about?
I need a good alternative to Google Voice. Being FOSS isn’t a requirement, just has to be free and offer same functionality. I need to be able to make/receive calls and texts, and have a cloud phone number.
What have you considered or looked at already?
Jabber - XMPP, but not sure if it’s free
Zoho Voice - not free
