Discord does not respect GDPR and delete my data

I need some advice about Data deletion on Discord.
I have a huge amount of data like Messages, some containing personal information and images on a public Discord server, and I was banned from it. I want to delete everything there, possibly without deleting my account. Note, I’m an EU citizen and GDPR should apply to me.
(fun fact, I was banned from that server exactly for trying to automatically deleting my past messages, reason being “their moderation bot channel was being spammed with deletion logs”)

I have attempted contacting Discord staff but they seemed reluctant or careless about the situation, asking me to provide IDs of messages to delete, obviously I cannot find those IDs and I cannot even access the server anymore.

*I’m really concerned. Deleting my account would NOT see my messages deleted from their server. I consider this a major GDPR violation, I want all my content deleted.

What should I do? I’m pretty sure that it is within my rights to ask for data deletion, I am starting to hate this platform named Discord and their data management.*

Here is a good tutorial on how to do this. https://youtu.be/g5FbRfwMEuo

Thank you, i’m checking this.

If that doesn’t work, have you considered Redact?

I guess you could go back to the server from an alt and copy the IDs that way. Also don’t expect much support from discord support, the whole platform’s quality is declining at a crazy fast rate and of course that includes customer support too. I really miss the era when discord wasn’t a public company and they didn’t have to be evil to make money.

Redact can’t delete from a server you’re not in.
