This is the second Israel related post I’ve seen in the past 24 hours. The first one also had a very similar tone and was asking about deleting personal information on a shopping site.
Unfortunately, there isn’t really much you can do here. Colleges can be really strict about collecting data, and aren’t always ready to delete it, often also gaining exemptions under existing privacy laws.
Instead, you could try asking them to “correct” your info?
