I need to store my Private Pics on a cloud service. I store regular pics only on device locally but I need to store these Private Pics on cloud, which would do you recommend. I need so that no service can see what is in the folder and access pics.

Private cloud storage cost money. They is no advantage for a company to pay the storage money to store your photos.

No catch. They have free tiers hoping you will upgrade after trying them out.
There are or have been security vulnerabilities with both of these services, which is why Privacy Guides doesn’t recommend them, for example. Unless you’re encrypting your files with something like Cryptomator beforehand, I wouldn’t use these two services.

There is no advantage for a company to pay the storage money to store your photos. Google Drive has 15gb for free
Mega is not safe
Personally I use a self hosted own cloud instance
I’d trust filen dot io, however the best way is to put them in a folder, encrypt it, and then upload the encrypted file wherever you like. There’s also cryptomator + whatever storage service you like for a more straightforward solution
