You know how on desktop you can use Safing portmaster to block Domains and then globally and then set “allow” rules locally per app when needed. i am looking for the same feature on android. so far i found none. any suggestions?

ok so i decided to try out Rethink DNS
i installed on my mobile but i cant find the Blacklist/Whitelist settings.

any help?
