Accrescent - a private Android app store that recently got ''endorsed'' by GrapheneOS

Hey. So lately on GOS i’ve noticed that in their ‘‘App Store’’ there is option to download Accrescent, which by itself is an Android app store meant for broader apps downloading - in a secure, private and modern way.

It still seems to be in it’s early, growing days as app selection is very small (under 20 apps i believe?) but seeing it appear in the GOS’s ‘‘App Store’’ felt like an official endorsement of the app.

I’ll likely still won’t use it much or at all but i wish the best for the project.

Do any of you have thoughts, opinions, feelings etc. on the topic?

also curious on opinions here. I checked it out, but I don’t have a sense of its worth.

Specifically Matchbox Banana Senergy I loved how’s his App Store is very much the perfect balance between secure and user friendliness

It was in alpha stage and offered very few apps the last time I downloaded it.
