Hello I have a question with regards to a bitcoin mixer I have paid a mixer to convert BTC into ETH to deposit it into my Trust Wallet they say before they deposit the funds i need t put 25% of the total funds into my Trust Wallet for guarantee of safe passage as we are talking a lot of money here is this normal procedure?
This does not sound right to me?
