It is supposed to translate into the language you have selected in your user interface language settings in your forum profile 
That’s actually the main purpose of this! We’re just translating from other languages into English here because most people have their settings set to English, so it is easier to demonstrate. But if you set your settings to another language you can hopefully read any English post anywhere else on the forum in your own language!
