Just one note about email providers:
Just because you have an account on an email provider doesn’t mean you need to use it.
I have 2 Google Accounts, just for the Google Voice numbers. I use Gmail as my professional email, and that’s it. I use Protonmail for my personal email, and for sensitive communications, such as banking, and I use MEGA for cloud storage needs.
